The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and 6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
6. Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UK applicable to agreements made and to be performed in UK. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between [thatebookshop] and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in UK . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. [thatebookshop] 's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. [thatebookshop] may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

GPL Licencing Terms:
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE THE LICENSE IS IN PLACE IN THE FOLDER.
If you can not locate the license text in a text file or in the CSS file, please contact support.
I've had many questions about the licensing. Here is some information on the GPL license and how you and I can use, giveaway and/or resell these products developed by other people. It's an interview given by the original developer of the WordPress platform, so you know it's straight from the horses mouth!
PLEASE NOTE: If you are uploading the files to any third party platform, it is up to you to understand their terms and conditions.
For example- Fiverr TOS prohibits you from reselling the themes themselves on their platform, but you can sell a service where you are developing/installing the theme for customers.
Understand The License Of The Resources- All the themes and plugins we have available for download are available through the GPL (General Public License). There should be a text file in with the files when you open the folder. The file will be called License.txt or License.md Both files can be opened with Notepad or any text editor.(see image for example
In some cases the license entire text may not be found in the folder but is linked in the documentation somewhere. In case you can not find the license, open the file folder and do a search of the folder for the words GPL or GNU. As you can see in the following example the license terms are located in the CSS file and linked to the terms of the license.
PLEASE NOTE: If the license.txt file is not in the folder, you should not add it. We have been very careful to only add GPL plugins/themes, however developers may sometimes change the terms. Please let us know right away if the license is not there so we can check with the developer and see if there's been a change. If they have changed the license we will remove the theme and replace it with a theme that retains the GPL.
